About Us

Harmonic Healing was founded by award-winning artists and wellness coaches Crystal McGrath and Lauren Mayell  two lifelong musicians, sound wellness advocates, and heart-centered facilitators.

With a combined 30+ years of experience in the music industry, Crystal and Lauren have spent their careers harnessing the power of sound to move, connect, and heal. Their journeys as professional performers naturally led them to explore the therapeutic side of music, voice, and vibration, inspiring a deep passion for sound healing and holistic wellness practices.

Crystal is a certified yoga instructor, sound healing practitioner, voice and performance coach with international success, known for integrating live music, movement, and mindfulness into deeply restorative experiences. Lauren is an award-winning vocal and performance coach who blends somatic tools, EFT tapping meditations, and healing through music and voice to calm your nervous system and help you feel more grounded and present.

Together, they created Harmonic Healing to offer restorative experiences where people can unplug from daily stress, reconnect with themselves, and experience the profound healing effects of sound, movement, and intention. Their workshops weave together live music therapy, sound baths, yin yoga, and personal reflection inviting you to slow down, soften, and tune into your inner harmony.
